nice to meet you. I am Tsuyataro, the next owner of Pension Bell. Originally from Hyogo Prefecture, I have worked as a clinical laboratory technician for 14 years. Although it was a stable job, I kept thinking about what I really wanted to do.
It was during this time that I discovered mountain climbing.
Being surrounded by nature soothed my soul, and I was captivated by the serenity and grandeur of the mountains. Through mountain climbing, I started thinking, “I want to create a place of healing in an environment rich in nature,” which gave me the opportunity to reevaluate my life.
I was nervous about choosing a new path while supporting my family. I was worried about whether I would be able to make a living in the lodging business and whether relocating would be right for my family, but I decided to take on the challenge, believing that “doing the job I want to do will lead to happiness for my family.”
Then, I decided to move to Nagano Prefecture,
I decided to take over Pension Bell because I wanted to work in a place I like and I wanted to be a bridge for travelers. We hope to convey the charm of nature that we felt while climbing, and provide healing and excitement to those who visit. We also want to spread the word about the charm of the local area and contribute to regional revitalization through tourism.
